Business Coaching

It is a 6-12 month coaching program aimed at developing the leadership skills, management competencies of the senior and middle management team and ensuring positive transformation. We work with managers who want to improve their leadership skills, as well as individually and corporately. In corporate work, it is prepared according to the needs of the company and the management team. With the cooperation of Senior Management and Human Resources, Leaders, due diligence and roadmap are determined, and measurable coaching work that provides positive behavior change is started.

It is specifically aimed at high-performing teams of senior management. We work with needs analysis for the Board of Directors, Senior Management, Teams and HR teams. It enables intra-team and inter-team communication, connection, creativity to be positioned according to their potential to increase performance.
