Criminal lawyers, lawyers who defend suspects by entering criminal cases, act as attorneys for complainants or victims, follow up on criminal law and undertake the task of defense are called criminal lawyers. There is no definition of criminal lawyer in the legislation, but because they are involved in criminal cases, they are called criminal lawyers. Criminal lawyers defend their clients in court. Criminal lawyers may present evidence on behalf of the accused at the hearing, evaluate the evidence, make the necessary objections or ask questions to defend their client and clarify the case.
